How was everybody's Christmas?!
Haslinda's maiden voyage on skates. LOL!
Raiden spent the night of Christmas eve at my place and I woke up on Christmas morning with a peck on the cheek and lips :) Really cool way of waking up, wahahahaha! I wanna wake up to this kinda treatment EVERYDAY!
Received quite a few sweet sms-es from THE MOST UNEXPECTED PEOPLE. One of which is an old friend whom I haven't seen in ages and he wished me TWO HOURS before the stroke of midnight -_-" The next sms came from CQ, then one from Sensei, another from Tess and the best one has to be Hoiyan! She actually left a voice message for me at 3am on 261208, wishing me Happy Boxing Day. WTF!
For last year, I received a guitar from Siti and I was (and still am, mind you!) so in love with it, I named the guitar Baby Britz.
This year, nobody gave me a drum set (Gahahahaha!) but mummy bought me the latest Adidas 'Candy' Collection watch! OMG! Thank you, mummy!!

I know I should be satisfied with what I got this year (though it's not alot as compared to when I was a kid), but I really really REALLY want the brown Trefoil II!!! I am so gonna get it once I have enough dough on hand.
Sis received $120 worth of MAC cosmetics ok! Wah lao! She's only 15 can!! I only started putting on make-up when I was 16 and those were cheap brands! SHE'S USING MAC PRODUCTS ALREADY!! Not fair! But whatever... close one eye because I received the Bitter Green eye shadow. Hahaha!!
Oh yes, before I forget, I met up with the twinnies a couple of weeks back for lunch at Clarke Quay and they bought Jade & I a pair of Paul Frank slippers each from Melbourne! Waffle & Syrup rock the joint!
We didn't take any pictures of ourselves that day, so you're just gonna have to make do with this photo taken 17 years ago! I'm NOT kidding when I say I can't tell Waffle from Syrup in this picture. But who's the cute kid grinning away on the extreme right man?! SO CUTE SIA!
Now I'm just looking forward to the New Year. I'll be having 3 straight off-days and I WANNA GO TO JB FOR SEAFOOD! Lemme go, lemme go, lemme go!!

NocturnalNight shift is so boring lahhhh!!! And time passes by so slowslowslowslowslowly!!! It's not even 2am and I already feel like I've been here for eternity :( Tried to doze off during my break-time but I couldn't drift off... I need the scent of my smelly bolster as sedation. LOL!
Can't wait for Ashley and Rosanna to arrive so I can pass my reports and GO HOME! I wanna lie on my oh-so-comfy bed, take in the "fragrance" of my bolster/pillows, let the vocals of Jamie Scott play on my radio and dream of my mystical (virtual) world of paper-winged fairies, evil witches and magnificent unicorns (one of which is owned by me hahahahaha!)

Alright, I don't know how many ex-Elisians read this blog but I'm just gonna try my luck at it. DO COME DOWN FOR THE BARBEQUE, AITE?! So far, 13 of us have been confirmed but still, we're trying to get more to come! Everybody chip in a few dollars for food and drinks ok? BAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!Mum and sis left for China on Saturday morning while I was still fast asleep. They're probably on the tour coach right now heading for some shopping paradise amidst the snowy grounds, trying out local delights, feeling all bundled up in their brand new winter wear and splurging like it didn't matter. Not to mention, the jacuzzi and spa that the hotel offers...
And then we have ME; stuck in burning, boring and disgustingly competitive $ingapore. For a whole week, I gotta get my own meals, wash my own dishes, do my own laundry and watch tv ALONE! Fuck it. Ok, I love my time in Raffles Hospital and what I'm about to say DOES NOT apply to them but I gotta let out that PRCP SUCKS BIG TIME AND IT'S SCREWING MY LIFE! I can't take the week off to fly away with them cos I'd fail this posting and NOOOO, I do not intend to retain after all that I've been through.
But it still sucks, you know? To have your family overseas having fun while you're stuck here because of commitment to something. This has got to be THE BIGGEST EVER SACRIFICE I've made since the surgeon pulled me out from Mummy's uterus.
I wanna go on holiday!!
I was at Ben&jerry's Chunkfest yesterday with Nura (Haslinda cannot come!!!!) and I met Raiden after that. We went to Vivo City and I saw hundreds of people boarding ferries and cruises and I couldn't help but feel so envious. Like, why does my timetable have to clash with theirs? Why don't Polytechnics have the same school schedules as other institutions? Then maybe I could join them overseas.
Right now, I just can't wait for the remaining 8 weeks to breeze past. I need a beach vacation so bad right now. TIOMAN!! WAIT FOR ME!! And if time permits, I'd prolly pack off to Koh Samui as well.
Underwater diving seems to be the perfect escape for me at this point of time. Let the currents take you to where you can go. Under the waters, NO ONE dictates what you should do. Let it come and let it be.
I'll get there soon, in Febuary.
