PLEASE!

Can someone tell me why fucking Jasmine Tye is still in the running for the coveted Singapore Idol title?! If there's anyone who's gonna represent Singapore at the international level, it's definately NOT gonna be Jasmine. Or Twohill. Or Gomez.

Rahimah, the rocker chic, got ousted on the 5th week. And just last week, Mathilda, the jazz babe, got knocked out. Then tonight, Nurul the noodle girl is no longer in the competition. GAWD! Quit voting for the wrong people lah! When Gurmit read out the results, Jasmine actually got the second highest number of votes!! Just slightly behind Hady and ahead of Jonathan.

WTF IS GOING ON?!?!

Last week! Last week! I was, and still am, very angry with last week's results. Hady, Mathilda and Jon were the bottom three.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! They are the best three singers and they got less votes as compared to those mediocre wannabes?! OMG! Gurmit stresses EVERY WEEK that we have to "keep voting for our favourites to keep them in the competition". Yes, Mr Singh, WE KNOW we have to vote. And friends/fans/family of Jasmine and Paul are voting non-stop which is why Mathilda, Rahimah and Emilee are out.

Here are the names of the idols whom I hope to see at the finals:

1) Hady
2) Jonathan

Ok, LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!

Today's paper was relatively easy... but I already lost one mark due to INCORRECT CALCULATION OF BMI! Dammit. People calculated 31 but I got 26 as my answer (don't ask me how I managed to do so). Nursing interventions were not so bad... at least I can confidently say that I'm no longer as braindead as I was when school first started. Hahas!

Oooohhhhh!!!! The exam invigilators today, I tell you, two of them really looked like local celebrities man!

It so happened that I was shading my name and admission number on my OMR form when this lady with tinted hair walked past my table, we had eye-contact, and I realised she was a dead ringer for Cheryl Fox! Yes, NO JOKE! Her name is Miss Dorothy, if I recall correctly. LoL! I peeped at her lanyard when she was collecting my answer booklet.

That's just one of them. The other invigilator, Miss Karen, bared an uncanny resemblance to Felicia Chin. The shape of her face, her hairstyle, her skin tone, her smile, her figure... she could easily pass off as the actress.

And that Andy... that horny Andy Goh!!! When we were all outside the examination hall discussing our answers, he said he couldn't concentrate half the time because there was "alot of distractions". I gave him that stoned look. "What distraction?" He claimed he was unable to concentrate entirely on his paper because whenever Miss Karen did her rounds, he would stop writing and watch her do the catwalk.

-_-"

When I called him a pervert, he told me that he was just admiring her because a woman's body is a work of art.

PLEASE LAH, ANDY! SHE'S OUR LECTURER SIA! ADMIRE SOMEONE FROM YOUR ERA CAN?!

Wooh!! Today was extremely fun!! Nah, didn't go for the swim in the end cause Miss Chiobu Shidah had something on. It's been postponed to Saturday (which is tomorrow actually). So no swimming, but I had a blast at Little India with Moonie, Pras and Arlene!

First we had lunch at Komala's (to be precise, THEY were the ones eating away... not me) and then we roamed the streets of Little India. The place is kinda cool; why haven't I been appreciating it? Well, now I do =)

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!!

All four of us had our brows threaded. WAHAHAHAHAHA!! I'm still trying to get used to the new archs I have above my eyes. The last time I shaped them was way back in 2004 and I received alot of weird comments. Some say I look more fierce, some starred at me for long periods of time but couldn't tell what was the exact difference in my features and one idiot even said I looked like an "opera singer".

Bah! I'm not gonna give two hoots about what people are gonna say this time. MY BROWS REMAIN! And oh, we had facials as well!! The owner of the parlour was fucking generous man. Since all four of us wanted to thread our brows and have facials, she did our brows FOR FREE and gave us a discount for our individual facials.

Wowzie howzie doo! Today is a damn good day (apart from the fact that I got my BMI question wrong and Jasmine is still in S'pore Idol). Overall, a pretty good start to the holidays.

TOMORROW!

Swimming, swimming, blue! A total of six future healthcare practitioners will be going to the wavepool at Jurong. Moonie, Pras, Arlene, Yvonne, Shidah and yours truly. Then after splashing around in the water till my fingers become all shrivelled like prunes, I'll be meeting Kell kell kell kell kell kell kell for dinner at town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God bless me; a truly wonderful start to 41 days of holidays.

Oh man, Moon has already planned a class holiday to Genting Highlands during our december break. Howells, if it wasn't for our different attachment time slots this holidays, we would off on our way in two days' time. Eight people have confirmed with Moon and I about the trip. It's gonna be fun; truckloads of fun! We'd be taking a night coach, have a couple of rooms in the hotel and in the middle of the night, when everyone's sound asleep, all eight of us are going to the slopes leading to Genting and snap lotsa photographs of ourselves shivering in the cold winds.

December ah, December... faster come leh!! I WANNA GO GENTING WITH NR0608!!!!

And how can I forget about our class barbeque coming up in September?! Coolness man! Miss Doreen will also be joining us along with Siying and Cheryl... it's been a long time since I last saw those two babes. From what I managed to dig out of the "Food committee", there'll be chicken wings, otak, satay, stingray, hotdogs yadda yadda yadda and I can't eat them cause of my new dietary routines. BLAST IT!

Uh-huh... one more minute to the stroke of midnight. Gotta go off now; meeting Arlene and Yvonne real early tomorrow morning. Nitex!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAYA!!! YOU'RE 21!!!!
