ANNOUNCEMENT: Duckie has a blog!!!

KWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I wonder, who/what finally inspired the little brown duck to set up her very own blog! Wahh... it's been a long time since a friend of mine decided to start writing online and asked me for help! The last person who turned to me was Fitri... or was it Sharks? Either one, it was waaayyyy back in 2004.

The "Leap Day" has past by... really fast eh? My workaholic baby was slogging away at his workplace on the 29th, so I stayed home (didn't set a single foot out of the loft the entire day) and watched The O.C.

I was head over heels in love with Seth Cohen during my Secondary School days. Apart from being a little too boney, he's just fine & dandy and every bit my kinda man (until a certain Army boy came into my life *wink*)! Anyhoo, I CAN'T BELIEVE MARISSA DIED IN A CAR CRASH LAHHHH!!!!! She's the character I could really relate to!!! No, not because I'm as beautiful as her (I'm not a Cosmo-girl to begin with), but because I noticed a couple of similarities between her and myself during Season One/Two.

Erm, hehe, not gonna type out what those similarities are; you'll realise it if you've watched the show and know me well enough =)

R.I.P Marissa Cooper

Frickin' goodness gracious... doesn't that picture spell "Perfection"? I still feel she should've gotten the role as Sue in Fantastic Four. Jessica Alba doesn't seem quite right as a comic superhero to me. Bah! I wanna see Mischa Barton in spandex! Her physique is every girl's dream body... and her height too!

Some girls get ALL the luck.

If you're ever so curious, the other two shows I featured in the post for 29th Feb are "North Shore" and "Beyond the break". Watching these programmes made me fall in love with the beaches in California and Hawaii. Clear blue waters, huge waves, yellow sand, surfer hunks, tattooed beach babes... Palawan, Siloso and Tanjong ain't no match at all!

I FINALLY CUT MY HAIR!!!!

But the length's still the same lah; just trimmed it a little bit so it wouldn't be so, you know, bushy. Moreover, I doubt I've the guts to try anymore wild hairdos. Four years of having weird haircuts has finally taken it's toll on me. Hahaha!! So I guess my New Year Resolution has yet to be broken! The length of my hair wasn't affected when I had it thinned out.

Woot-toot-toot!!! I can still have long hair by the end of the year... which is still so bloody far away.

But worth the wait =D

Went to the wavepool at Jurong with the guys on Saturday. It wasn't my first time there, but the first time I went there without renting a float! I swallowed close to a gallon of water when the waves came on and ended with hiccups. Pathetic, I know!

Left the place at about, 7pm? Headed off to Jurong Point for dinner and all of us were half dead by then!!

It wasn't surprising for me to feel slightly drowsy, but J.J. was also wndering why his eye-lids weighed a tonne all of a sudden. Raiden yawned more than a dozen times while sending me home!! So people, if you're suffering from insomnia, just head over to the wavepool and splash about for roughly 3 hours, alright? You'll be cured in an instant! Entrance fee is pretty cheap as well.
